Canada’s Startup Visa Program offers foreign entrepreneurs the chance to establish innovative and scalable businesses in Canada. This program also allows up to five co-founders and their families to obtain permanent residency in the country.

Eligibility.

The founding team meets the IRCC requirements
The business must be incorporated in Canada once they submit their PR application with the IRCC
The product or business is tech-based
Have at least one full-time founder who can be dedicated to the program
Preference is given to companies with a technical member
A functional minimum viable product (MVP) is required
Have a validated business model
